Hey there, I'm using Sony Soundforge 8.0 and I'm wondering if there is a tool which does the complete opposite of 'Envelope.'

Not sure what you mean by "complete opposite of envelope".  Let's start at the beginning:  tell us about the current state you want to change, and what, exactly, you want to accomplish?
