Will this introduce any signal problems?

so i want to be able to extend my church audio mics 1/8" cable for when i put my stand real high, or clamp to something high, and was wondering if a crappy no name mini female to male cable like this would introduce any static, hum, or degrade my signal that it is noticeable to a good pair of ears? Thanks, i really appreciate the help!
