Studio Projects C4 settings
« on: December 07, 2007, 01:20:42 PM »
Hey, i picked up a set of C4's and these are the older version with one switch, it is marked with a -10bd and 2 other lines, what do the 2 other lines represent? can't seem to locate an original manual, just the new version which has 2 switches. Just when i nailed down all the stealth stuff i feel like a noob again.

I have these and run them in the "up" position as did the TS'er that I bought them from.

I always run mine in the up position because I could always go back and digitally run a HPF.  Try different setups, DIN, ORTF, or XY to play and see which results you like the best.

I ran my UA5 digi mod only for a couple years before I had busman mod it w/ busman2+. Check my bookmarks for shows if you want to hear the difference. The one thing I liked the msot about the mod was how hot I could run my UA5 w/o clipping and of course the clarity.
Peace
