lost my meters in Audacity, how do i get them back???

been using Audacity for a couple years, and for the second night in a row, I have a rookie problem...

how do i get my meters back on the screen and into my toolbar???

dude, there isnt such an option in my version 1.2.6 what the hell. seems my audacity isnt quite the same as other for some reason judging by my past 2 days of problems. +t for the help, anyone else have any idea?

I just looked at my program and it said 1.3.3!! I think you have some upgrading to do and then go from there.
