If it were me, I'd check the Yardsale below first. Bogen is a good stand, but there are also good stands found on Ebay. (you are looking for a light stand, not a mic one, when you search)
Busman Audio BSC1-K1/K2/K3/K4 > HiHo Silver XLR's > Deck TBD

CA-14 (c,o)/MM-HLSC-1 (4.7k mod)/AT853(4.7k mod)(c,o,h,sc)/CAFS (o)/CA-1 (o) > CA-9100 (V. 4.1)/CA-9200/CA-UBB > Sony PCM-D50/Sony PCM-M10

B&H is a great site too.  Got all my Bogen/Manfrotto stand/clamp/articulating arms/etc from those guys.  You may be able to still get some cashback from Microsoft if you search on live.com (was up to 7% earlier).

I purchased one from Calumet and love it. Light, small and sturdy.
