a few, maybe several weeks back someone posted a link to a site selling knock-off b5d windscreens. anybody remember the site? tia!
4. im so abrasive i make sandpaper nervous.

Let me know on this one, eh?  The Schoeps one is pretty expensive.  Yup, I know, silly to lay out all that cash for Schoeps and then skimp of the windscreen.  But I have to act like I am being thrifty some way.    8)  So, I do not know your reasons for seeking another source, but those are mine.

yeah i use b5ds indoors. i was just thinking of picking up a pair of the knockoffs just to have as backups.

not exactly sure what the
B5D's are
but try Busman
he has some nice (affordable) windscreens
even some spheres with  2 types of foam- open foam on the inside and tighter foam out

may be ha can help you out
