Question re. Seedboxes - or other hosts allowing torrents

Hi all,

I have a slow upload at home, but fast at work where I can ftp etc.
Am looking for somewhere in cyberspace to host files that I can torrent off of that I could then list on the usual trackers. Dime, TTD, Zomb or other private trackers.

Any advice would be appreciated.
