pegz-2 with an R-4?

Does an R-4 fit?  Anyone using this set up?

pretty sure jim pollock runs a pegz2 with an r4 pro and soundfield control box with ease. that bag is massive.

I checked the dimensions and it looks like the r4 is too tall.

here are some shots of my bag, and it's a 3
I sized an R4 pro in it, and it does fit
but, it was a little bit tight

R4's fit just fine in a Pegz bag.

OK then, my next question is, does the bag zip up totally or are the sides open?
