I don't even think Burrrn has the option to burn TAO.  Are you sure the source files don't have the gaps?

here is what I'm doing: FR2-LE > PC > BWFF > CD Wave > Burrrn. So I'm taking the large file, splitting into tracks with cd wave & burning to disc with Burrrn, leaving me with gaps...A friend recommended Burrrn as it burned DAO so I'm confused....am I doing something wrong in CD Wave ? Thanks.

I don't think it is possible to add gaps in CD Wave even if you want to, so that isn't it.

what is BWFF?  i assume you record at 24 bit?  when re sampling dithering there may be header errors but since you track after that (instead of after tracking) it should be ok.  I hope/assume you save as wave or flac in cdwave?    if saving as wave have you tried flacing it and then burning?

I don't use Burrn, but I do use the FR2-LE and CD Wave combo and have never gotten gaps in CD Wave.
