Has anyone tried the Microphone Madness MM-PSM-L?

This is a 2.5mm/0.1" diameter capsule, very similar to the Countryman B6.  In fact, those guys are claiming this mics "sound as good as the B6... or your money back".  Price is $99 each, including shipping.

I'm guessing this has a Knowles FG series capsule in it.  Does anyone know?

Doesn't come as a stereo pair. Looks like you'd need to get two (matched?) and then terminate them together.
Busman Audio BSC1-K1/K2/K3/K4 > HiHo Silver XLR's > Deck TBD

CA-14 (c,o)/MM-HLSC-1 (4.7k mod)/AT853(4.7k mod)(c,o,h,sc)/CAFS (o)/CA-1 (o) > CA-9100 (V. 4.1)/CA-9200/CA-UBB > Sony PCM-D50/Sony PCM-M10

The high noise is not a problem for concert recording, but I'm suspicious of the capsule.  The company will not tell me what the capsule is either.

By the way, my "guestimate" of the Church Audio CAFS (comparing with other mics recording a clock ticking) is somewhere between 25 and 28dBA or so.  For ambient recording, the CAFS are going to better.  Also cheaper...

Chris Church is currently taking orders for a new batch of CAFS-OMNI mics. For only $100, I think this is a great deal!
