Miniplug for Nevaton MCE400 pair
« on: March 07, 2011, 03:31:01 AM »
This question is kind of directed at Mr Nicegrin - (i understand he has a pair of Nevaton MCE400's terminated in a standard stereo miniplug) - but others view welcome.  There was a thread some time ago on this topic and the conclusion was that it may be possible, but not without considerable care and effort. So i am wondering if this has now been accomplished, how and by whom?

Well, I am surprised that nobody has offered any advice given the wealth of knowledge in at least 2 or 3 people here about these microphones?......

If I recall correctly, there is a board in the XLR housing which needs to be included in the circuit...Can't find the thread at the moment, but it's here somewhere!

EDIT:  Finally found it!  http://taperssection.com/index.php?topic=98880.msg1479365#msg1479365
