Marantz PMD-620 / 5v / Size B, 4.00mm OD × 1.70mm ID / Center pin (+)  Ring (-) / Normal Polarity

A 5v battery, like the ones used for smart phones and tablets, with a usb power port and a usb > "B" tip cable.

Looks like Naztech PB15000 does come with the tip needed for both Marantz PMD620 & Zoom H4n.  In the manual it says it's for PSP.
