I'll be hopefully taping a show at the Fillmore in SF next month, and was wondering how security is...pat downs, metal detectors, etc.?

Thanks.  If the band allows taping,  will security care if they see an M1 in my pocket?

If open taping is allowed by the band, they'll let you in with the admonishment that you must stay in the 'taper's section' (in the back next to SBD on the left). If you decide to go stealth, under the mirror ball is da place.
