Who own's these actives & post some results please!

I haven't used them myself but they do sound great and I'm surprised more people around here haven't adopted them as often as they did the original bsc1.

Here's a link to 338 shows on the LMA using them

Maybe Bean will chime in. I was just listening to his recording of YMSB from Allgood '12 using these mics. The low end is perfect on my playback (PC>Focusrite Scarlett 2i2> ART amp> Acoustic Research M2)
Neumann KM140 || Line Audio CM3/OM1 || MBHO KA500 hyper>PFA|| ADK A51 type IV || AKG C522XY
Oade Warm Mod and Presence+ Mod UA5s || Aerco MP2(needs help) || Neve Portico 5012 || Apogee MMP
SD Mixpre6 || Oade Concert Mod DR100mkii || Tascam FR AV2

pocket sized - CA11 cards > SP SB10 > Sony PCM A10
70s style - Nakamichi CM300/cp1-2-3 > Nakamichi 500 cassette deck

Generally I think if you look at the cost of something, and then compare it to something that costs 6X, you can assume it does not perform at the same level. "Pick up bass" is also not the same as "reproduces it accurately."
Mics: Schoeps MK4V, MK41V, MK5, MK22> CMC6, KCY 250/5, KC5, NBob; MBHO MBP603/KA200N, AT 3031, DPA 4061 w/ d:vice, Naiant X-X, AT 853c, shotgun, Nak300
Pres/Power: Aerco MP2, tinybox v2  [KCY], CA-UBB
Decks: Sound Devices MixPre 6, Zoom F8, M10, D50

AJ - thank you, appreciate you clarifying my "pick up bass" to "reproduce accurately," which is what I am hoping for!

I've got some BSC2's and have had them back to Chris a couple of times I think it's all straightened out now and I have the BusBox instead of bodies. I think my Milab VM-44's accurately pick up all frequencies like my ears her them at the show including bass.
As I understand Chris is no longer producing the BSC2's
his large LD cards sound very sweet http://www.busmanaudio.com/LittleB.htm

I liked the BSC2's when I had them. But I obviously sold them to get some Schoeps as my 2nd stage rig 8) For the money, the BSC2's are great mics, however, they are certainly no Schoeps ;) That said, here's one of my fav BSC2 sources while I had them :)
