Cell Phone Noise?

Here's a small wav file with some noise i'm trying to pinpoint. I have had this on my last 4 recordings
even though i have switched mics, cables, pre's and recorders and the venues are different,
Same noise. Everyone says its cell phone. I think its from the in-house wi-fi networks that every venue runs.
What can be done?

Doesn't sound like the cell phone noise I've heard before, but some sort of interference for sure, your wi-fi theory could be correct. Are you running a fully balanced rig?
