Live Streaming help (IPHONE 6PLUS - Tascam DR-44WL)

Ok, so I have a Tascam DR-44WL and an Iphone 6s Plus. I also purchased a Headset buddy  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OAW85ZG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1   I bought another Aux cord with the 3 rings. Now I have hooked everything but get no signal while live streaming from MIXLr until I unplug the headset buddy from my phone. Can anyone shed some light on this and perhaps coach me to see what my issue is.
