These and some tiny elastic Bands works wonders, and cheap to replace

if these are the church cardioid mics, i found out a couple of months ago they do not stop wind and will ruin your recording. i got some black heavy duty foam and i am going to try that. i have to use binder clips to seal the foam around the mics.
