Is it possable To Cut A Pic out of A Pdf and make it a Jpg if so what programe and where can i get it

to extract an exacpt copy of the image you can use acrobat writer, but i beleive there are options the original creator has to prevent this.

screen shot is probably easier just make sure the doc is @ 100%

on a PC use the key combination <alt>+<print screen>

then open your favorite image tool and paste.
