SP-CMC-2 v. SP-CMC-2A

I'm new to this board and new to taping, but I've been in the trading community for a while.

I decided to go with the CMC-2As. In talking with Chris at SoundPros, it sounded like the CMC-2As are very close to the AT831s, but they were able to make them a little bit cheap then using AT831s. Maybe he is biased, but he also said that everyone at SP feels they function just a SLIGHT bit better than the AT831s.

For me, being a "newbie" taper, I'll give them a shot.

How do you like the CMC-2? Got any tapes uploaded to the archive I could check out?
