Anyone got the skill to solder an opitcal-in back into place per a JB3?  Thanks in advance.

Do you mean the metal of the input itself has come loose?  If so that seems a little strange.  Or do you mean that you need a optical cable soldered?  Cause you can't solder a fiber optic cable.

Please provide some more information.

The optical "fixture" within the JB3 has become loose.

Hmmm....Sorry I don't think that I can be any help with that.  I have no idea how that would work.  I have worked with some real technical experts in audio.  I will try and give one of them a call tommorow and see they have ever had to do this or know how to do this.  You might try posting this in the Recoding Equipment board.

Anyone else have any ideas?
