as always, using the term "good" is subjective... i'd say at that price range (just over the $100 mark), that is a reasonable rig. obviously, even if you had a budget of $500, you could do a good bit better. but different people have different goals and different budgets. so if your budget is really limited, then go for it.
if you have even $100 more to spare, i'd say try to purchase only the MD and get some mics from Sound Professionals with the AT831 or AT853 caps.
but that's just my two cents. i found, for myself at least, that it's a good idea to consider your own personality before buying something... i.e. do you normally hit a new 'hobby' hard and heavy, then burn out on it quickly? for concert taping, you might want to consider how many shows you go to (and if you plan on taping most/all shows you attend). obviously, if you don't go to *that* many shows and you don't think you'll go ape over taping shows, then a "starter" rig of Core Sound Binaurals and a MiniDisc are probably as much as you should get.
