184s / 722 low gain setting

Guys,  Out of those of you who've run the 184 or maybe 140s into the 722 directly... high or low gain setting with LOUD shows.  Thanks!

I think I answered my own question just now with using LOW gain.  Anyone confirm for sure?  Thanks,

I would say Low.  Only time I have wished I was on Normal was a quiet Bluegrass show.

I always use low with KM140s or 4023

184's > 722 here... low gain... loud shows come in around half throttle... give or take.

Yeah with the 722s.... 4th row DMB concert last night 29.1db Gain on low gain setting.
