i tell ya what, if i sold everything including the v3/modsbm1/batts/etc, i can come up w/ the 2300 and then fork out an extra 6-700 for a v2 to go 481/3>v2>722

soem DAMN FINE tapes have been made using the 480>v2>722 setup and i wanna join the club

it has the warmt im lookin for w/ the 480>v3>modsbm1 setup and also has that juicy 24-bit sound and until i can afford the v2, the 480>722 sounds great

they are all the same price.....they dont fluctuate on price(2375 new I think)....what does vary is the "goodies" that retailers give you with them...SS and Cascade both offered me good packages..
