External HD help please

Just moved my comp and hooked it all back up, now my comp is not seeing the external hd.
It was working fine before. Any ideas?

is it plugged in the same port? i have a few things that are picky and only work in some ports (even if it is being seen by the comp)

yep, same port. i tried 2 different ports.
