Ridiculously simple RockBox/iRiver Question...
« on: December 15, 2006, 11:32:15 PM »
How do you get to the files recorded from the Rockbox menu?

99% of the time I don't need to know as I don't listen to the files until after transferring it to my computer, but there's been a couple of times I've wanted to listen right after a show, and only once did I actually find them - and it was totally by accident.

If anybody could post some quick instructions it'd be much appreciated.

They automatically default to the "recordings" folder. Look in there and you should find them (numbered)  - it's in the first screen that comes up on my RB'd player after it boots.  Just access the file like you would any other track and then hit "play" (top recessed button on RH side).

HTH!

Hmmmmm....mine's set to automatically default to the Recording screen. I'll have to poke around some more.

In which case, escape OUT of the rec'ing screen till you get back to the main menu (I forget if it's left navstick or stop - try both). Then proceed as above.
