I want to know if you can still get the JK Labs box for BMHO caps. If not dose any have one for sale.

No longer available.  The maker, Jon Kjoll, has been MIA since at least April 2005, with gear and/or money in his hands from some TSers.  Keep your eye on the YS - the JK Labs stuff pops up ever so rarely.

Pretty sure not.  I do not believe there are any preamp / power options that replace the MBHO mic bodies in their 603/648 active series.

I might be interested in selling my DVC with both Ka200 and Ka500 capsusles and double cable sets (648 cables and 603a cables.)
