Uploading To The Archive?

I'm having major problems problems uploading to the archive. I'm using SmartFTP Client, and have looked through tutorials and am still stuck. Anyone have any suggestions?

Right to the LMA forum below the main page!!! They respond quick but make sure to give them all info like file name, error code you get, etc.
