I can offer my experience of interfacing DPA4060's with a MT 24/96 here:
http://taperssection.com/index.php/topic,76898.0.html

I initially replicated the scheme of the DPA phantom adapter, then (maybe the phantom power of the MT is not good) I tested a battery box (good results) and finally fed the DPA's with the plug-in power of the MT.
I am presently using this configuration and I am very happy with it, i.e. the DPA4060 work properly (at least for me) with the plug-in power of the MT (2.5 V, 1 mA).

Hope this is of help
