Topic: Roxio media creator 9 - Need user help

I've used all of the versions from 6 up til now.  Bought this version because I'm familiar with Roxio, and it is compatible with Vista.  Here is my problem, I cannot, for the life of me, find where to change the burn setting for audio cd's from TAO to DAO.  Any help would be most appreciated.  Thanks!

It used to be in the bottom right corner of the burning window. Double click on it (TAO or DAO). Not sure about 9 as I have not used Roxio since like 6 or so. Nero baby!!! (and it supports Vista now too )

I know this.  It is no longer there.  I went to the tools and setting area, turned it off for data discs but could not find the option for audio cd. 

If I had not already spent the money on Roxio, I would get Nero.  I don't need 2 seperate software packages for burning cd's (or maybe I do    )

under Tools > Tools guide > Data you'll see a tree and options on the right,  you set your options there   E-mail me if you got questions.  And FWIW I do run Nero and Roxio, kirk

don't see tool guide.  Went tools>options>data>clicked on dao (which I have already done).  Still tao.  I'll try again.

When that window opens I get a cd recording options gui that I can select from a drop down menu.  BUT, I only have Roxio LE not the full blown version.  Not sure if that would make a difference.  That same window which has radio buttons for finalizing too.  I'll try to attach a screen shot, kirk

Thanks for the help, Kirk.  I have the full version of Roxio.  I get that final screen image, but have to get to it from the top tools tab, not from the menu through tools guide.  I tried, I get some different stuff.  ANyways, set to dao for data disc, but I don't get an option for audio disc.  Maybe it doesn't matter?  Gonna test it shortly.

if you'll notice on the screen shot the top right says cd recording options even though it shows up under data portion of tree...good luck, kirk

you can open the shot in ms paint to get a good clear view of the screen shot.
