I think I am buying a 2nd hand Apogee Duet for $400.

As for the mics, someone suggested that I should start with cheap Naiant X-Q (2 x $35) and then upgrade later.
Others have suggested a MXL 603 Pair ($200).
Any opinions on how a Martin D35 sounds with these mics?
