I tried it a couple times, couldn't get anything good out of it. Maybe if I had the bucks, I'd just get Plangent Processes to do it for me. They correct for tape speed variation by locking onto the bias frequency!!

When you are referring to analog, do you mean something like cassettes and/or reels, or are you just referring to an analog source, recorded digitally?
