Is an extended (3-year) warranty recommended? With the credit card extension, the basic warranty is two years. The extended warranty is transferable, includes accidental damage, and adds one year for the core warranty.

Usually I punt the warranty but listening to the issues here, and having dead input on one of my Korg MR-1s, I'm wondering if it is a good idea.

I ordered it on the July 4th sale at Musician's Friend with the case from B&H (which has it for $20 less than everywhere else).

It is pretty good. Sounds better than I thought it would. All the features I've tried so far seem to work pretty well. The case fits well.
