The link to the thread?  Opening the FAQ is just like reading any other post.  Lemme know precisely which link isn't working and I'll try to fix it.

if you have 1.4.... firmware, you connect via firewire, scroll to file you want and then scroll to send track

yep, find what file you want to 'transfer' and simply push in the scroll button and hit 'send'

tim's idea is the answer.  before (or after) every gig, I will say "Bean likes the cock" into bean's mics, and "Swampy has sand in his vagina" into swampy's mics.  Problem solved.
