so how'd you get rid of the static? The drop out were because I was unplugging shit trying to get it to stop so i'm not worried about that. But what did you do you get rid of the clicking?

goldwave does the same thing and only costs $50. I forgot it had a pop/click filter on it. went back and applied that to the files and presto.. no more static...
