Title: WM61A's > ? Batt Box >NJB3 ? Opinions?

I have a JB3 on the way from eBAy.  I have used the wm61 caps with success on my Sharp MD722.  What about a simple battery box to get a line signal for the JB3?

Exactly how are you setting the JB3 to get this to work?

I am in the same position.  I have the Nakamichi mics that 1) have low gain to begin with and 2) are noisy as hell when not run through some kind of preamp.

I guess I should finally give in that running mic in into a JB3 is not ever going to work!
