I'm a Superlux pimp, always trying to get people to give them a shot as I love them and they're amazing for the $$$$.
Howerer, 2 things to consider since you are on such a budget:
1) The mics don't have cables, you need to buy XLR cables to go with it and they can be a bit pricey, but you can get a great deal on decent ones here in the Yard Sale.
2) The mics don't have internal power or plug in power, you have to buy a 48v Phantom Power Supply. A new SP-2 will cost you about $150, but you can go for an Art II one for about $40.
You could go with some Giant Squid mics with Battery Box for probably close to your limit and be good to go, but the sound quality will suffer.
If you change your limit to about $250, you could get the Lux's complete with T-Bar, Windscreens and Mounts, the Art II Phantom Power supply, Cables, and a Stand. With that setup, you could expect results like this in a small club:
