Hey all, went with the R26 as a unit.  Really nice.  Used it last week at a gig and it's a serious upgrade from the Zoom.  I just had a couple of questions.  I was considering taping an upcoming show in NYC.  Allman Brothers at the Beacon.  I see them every year and have tickets first row of the loge.  I don't have external mics yet and was thinking I'd like to buy a pair that I could clip to the rail or seat.  Very minimal set-up just to try it out.   Looking at the Naiant X-R maybe the cardioid capsule or similiar if I can get them in time.  I e-mail Jon and he recommended the X-R but I'm not sure of microphone amplifier, cable and switch function additions on the site.  Could someone possibly help me out with this?  I was planning on just using the 1/8 mic input on the R26 unless someone has a better idea.  Like I said, I just want to give it a shot.  Set it and forget it.   Thanks!
