Cowon iAudio - FLAC playback
« on: May 04, 2008, 01:46:09 PM »

so i recently picked up the iAudio 7 mp3 player from Cowon.  I read good things about its battery life and sound quality, plus its ability to playback FLAC.  what i've noticed though is that the FLAC playback has a slight skip when transitioning from track to track.  anyone have a fix for this?

thanks.

They're not gapless players.  No fix that I'm aware of.  Check out the Trekstor Vibez if you want gapless and Flac, or Rockbox an iPod or iRiver.

To be honest the best job at gapless that i've heard is Lame encoded mp3's.
Yes, but what do you HEAR?
