Yup, WinAmp is still in Alpha release for the Mac the the only other options are:

Cog is grrrrreat!  Although I never do playlists or libraries-- just drag-n-drop.  So I can't vouch for it's efficacy and functionality for those sorts of features.

can you put the flac in iPod also?? it's a pain when you have to decode to wav, then encode to applelossless...

I've been using Foobar and have on occasion wiped out playlists by double clicking on a .flac file in "exploder"    I prolly just need to disassociate .flac from any application to prevent that, but does Cog run any risk of this?  Getting a playlist all set up is kinda time consuming and I'd like to maybe find an alternative that's a little more secure from automatic wipeouts.

I'll get back to you about your Cog question if I get my hands on a Mac soon.  Per your FB2K issue... If you enable 'Folder Context Menus' under 'File > Preferences > File Types' you can right-click on a folder w/ *.flacs or on a *.flac itself and select "Play in Foobar2000" or "Enqueue in Foobar2000."  Selecting Play will wipe out your playlist and load the single track; selecting Enqueue will add the *.flac file(s) to the bottom of the current playlist, in which case you could manually navigate to the track and play it from within Foobar2000, thus keeping your playlist loaded (you'd have to delete the track you added after playing it if you don't want it in the playlist, though).  I always navigate to a show's folder and right-click it into FB2K, enqueueing when I want multiple shows available.  This feature might help prevent wiping out your playlist.
