So I've been trying to set up a DIN configuration with a pair of km184s along with a T-bar and the mic holders. I have the angle (90 degrees) and the distance (20cm) down, but due to the length of the mics, there's not a whole lot of room for XLR connectors/cables. Of course, using a right-angle XLR connector would be perfect, but the problem is that because of the protruding red neumann label of the mics, the mics can only sit in the mic holder with the label facing up. That, unfortunately, means that right-angle connectors will have the wire stick up instead of down, which isn't ideal since the wire will be in opposite direction of the stand.
I've scoured the internet looking for RA connectors where the wire would point down when connected to the km184s with the red label facing upwards (to the sky), but none of them do. The Neutrik RX series RA connectors can be adjusted by 45 degree increments but only 7 positions can be used (which means that probably the cable will angle out somewhat instead of just point straight downwards to the ground), so this might be my best bet.
Does anyone know of any XLR connectors that would be useful in this situation? Otherewise I'll probably go with the RX series Neutriks. Thanks in advance!
