anyone ever make any field tapes w/one of these ?

I know its AC dependent. ...the ONLY reason why i dont use one myself. I've never heard one, but i'd use it based on reputation alone.

I remember a guy who used to tape DMB a lot with one of these things. Can't remember his name, maybe someone will chime in with it.

chris jones ran one for a while, but if I remember correctly, he thought the Mytek box sounded as good or better

Why do you need one when the MiniMe is a "Trac2 to go," or at least that's what the promotional materials said.
