Our local A/V suppliers just got these in yesterday

at $88AU they are very afordable. It comes with two different sized
rubber 'grommet' mounts for 19-20 & 21-22.5 diameter microphones.

Yeah just saw that and the cheaper PG1 $29 that will fit their other existing shock mounts and the video mics...
