mp3 / FLAC File Tagging on OSX (Mac)

Been a while since I've looked into this, but I'm importing stuff into iTunes (from folders) and if there was a more efficient way of doing this (other than manually retagging) I'd *really* appreciate some knowledge.

Thoughts?
