This is not something that I need to do. But I think I should. Back in October 2008 I sent my HLSC-1 pair back to MM for repair. Something was not right. After receiving the mics, MM told me that since there's a 2 year warranty for the capsules and a lifetime warranty for everything else, they're sending me a brand new pair
(USPS). Awesome. Sad thing is that this new pair never showed up. Well, to make a long story short, after trying to find out where the package was, they decided to send me
another brand new pair
.This time using UPS , not the cheaper USPS ( they took care of the shipping expenses).
It's right here with me and working flawlessly.
Well, if this isn't the best customer service ever, I don't what it is.
