The Maranzt PMD-661 (not the 660, though), PMD-670, and PMD-671 all have coax S/PDIF inputs (the 670 is limited to 16 bit, though).

The Tascam HD-P2 also has coax S/PDIF, as does the M-Audio Microtrack II.
I know you said you only wanted two channel decks, but the Edirol R-44 also has coax S/PDIF input, and is in the same price range as the PMD-671 and the HD-P2.

Then there's the Sony PCM-D50, but that S/PDIF input is via optical (could be easy or not, depending on whether or not your V3 has the optical mod).

off the top of my head, that's all I can think of.  perhaps there are one or two more that have slipped my mind.

Since you did not specify a price range, there are also the SD 702 and 722 (and 702T if you need timecode for some reason).

Add the new Tascam DR-680, the Sony PCM-D1 and MZ-M200, the Edirol R4 and R4 Pro, and the Sonosax SX-R4 and Mini R82.  Of these, only the MZ-M200 is in your price range if purchased new (and it's a HiMD machine).
