Converting, editing software for Windows 7
« on: July 31, 2010, 09:53:01 AM »
I just bought a new computer and I installed win7. So I want to use these programs that I used on XP.
I used them:
Sony Vegas 6 (for capturing from DV camera, and editing videos)
TMPGEnc XPress 4 (video converting)
TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 (dvd authoring)
Cool Edit Pro 2.0 (audio editing)
CDWave (track splitting)
Trader's Little Hellper

So, is there any working versions of these programs on 7?

Adobe Audition 3.0 and Trader's Little Helper 2.6 both work with Win7.  I use those.

not sure about vegas 6 but vegas 9 works great (there is a 64bit version as well).  cd wave works just fine as well.

Both TMPG products, CDWave and TLH are all working on my Win7 machine.
