Tapers on Radio 4
« on: October 26, 2010, 08:04:39 AM »
Hello all,

I'm a journalist working for BBC Radio 4. I'm helping put together a small piece about 'Taping' for my programme. We've been speaking bands like Low Anthem (who encourage taping) and i'd really like to speak to an actual high tech taper. (Happy to keep you anonymous if you wish.)

It's not a negative piece, its a nice look at an alternative way people enjoy music. I'm based in London so ideally it would be someone from around here.

Please help

Many Thanks

Jonathan

1) Since your in the UK, I recomend asking some of the folks in the UK Team thread: http://taperssection.com/index.php?topic=132303.0
2) Props, Radio 4 has been fun to listen to in the past.
"This is a common practice we have on the bus; debating facts that we could easily find through printed material. It's like, how far is it today? I think it's four hours, and someone else comes in at 11 hours, and well, then we'll... just... talk about it..." - Jeb Puryear
