Does anyone else run this setup?? CA-11's w/9vBB > Sony M-10. I ran this last nite and the low end isn't there. I know the low cut filter was on but would that cause a major drop in the low end? FWIW I have ran the CA-11's to an Oade mod UA-5 and have had great results.

That must be it because there is no other reason that a recording with a CA-11 should be severely lacking in bass. The M10's is a fine recorder.

There are many warnings on this site about using bass roll offs except in the most extreme circumstances of too much bass at the venue.
