Diasonic DDR-7000 junk?
« on: February 08, 2011, 12:24:58 AM »
Diasonic DDR-7000 latest edition values just under $200 with decent features. Specifically for what I'm looking for is: telephone and long recording hours. According to the manual (http://minigadgets.com/downloads/Product%20Manuals/VR7000.pdf ) the quality is fairly good. What other digital voice recorders have similar recording capabilities?  Although, I heard these could be looked at as junk http://taperssection.com/index.php?topic=134717.0, what better recorders stands a chance?

At least the manual looked pretty decent, if Diasonic put in that much effort it can't be all that bad.
But at the current street price of $185, there must be other recorders that can match the specs?!

The telephone adapter looks cool, but it's an optional accessory. Maybe you can buy that separately on Ebay or smth, and pair it with any other recorder with long battery life.
