Question re: volume envelopes in Sony Vegas Pro
« on: March 19, 2011, 03:04:33 PM »
??? OK, this may be a really dumb question, but here goes...

I can't figure out how to add more than 6.0 dB of volume in a volume envelope in Vegas. I can right-click on the envelope point and select "set to" and enter a larger number, but it doesn't accept the value. Is +6.0 the max or am I just doing missing something? Any ideas?

Do you want to raise the volume of that track from beginning to end or just a section?

Raising volume of a section within an unsplit WAV that corresponds with a quiet song.  So....yes and yes.
